Property Description

We are located in the historical centre of Venice and have a good service and fast connection with public bus from Marco Polo Venice airport (about 30 minutes' trip) and Treviso (about 1 hour trip).

All rooms have private bathroom, inside the room or outside the room on the same floor. They have a basic furnishing with TV, refrigerator, fans and heating system. We also supply linen and towels, changed every 3 days.

During the high season a little self-service breakfast is available in your room.
Check-out is at 10am and rooms are ready from 3 pm. If you arrive early you can leave your baggage in our free luggage storage.

Our staff are more than happy to help you find the cool spots in Venice to have a 'good old fun time' or even find quiet serene places where you can feel 'Venetian in Venice'.

We open at 8:00am and close at midnight.
