I would definitely recommend Ai Tre Ponti B&B. We were welcomed by Maurizio who showed us to our top floor apartment. We were a family of five (two parents and three kids) and the apartment consisted of a double bedroom, small lounge with TV, fully equipped kitchen and loft room for the kids. It would have been a great base for a longer stay in Venice - we were there for just two nights. It was clean, everything worked and we had a good view of the canals. Numerous restaurants very close by and close to public transport. Good stuff Maurizio!
