About B&B San Giacomo Venezia

We are a young couple and we are happy to make available for short periods the rooms of our residence just restructured. It's a typical Venetian house, very great, on the first floor in Campo "San Giacomo dell' Orio", in the historical center of Venezia.

It is 3 minutes' from the train station and 10 minutes' from Rialto, totally furnished, the roofs are low with the beams in wood, there is a wireless Internet connection, before breakfast, sheets and towels, TV, table games, DVD, Play Station.

All included in the price! The shared bathroom is very great and it has tub and shower, two sinks, everything in Travertino marble...if you wish there is a second bath, smaller but it can be exclusive use of the one who asks for it. The rooms are three: a Single, very bright with two windows; a Triple, ladylike, and a Quintuple, very bright it has a small room with TV for your privacy, the roof have the beams in wood, the pavements are in parquet, there's a view on the Campo Nazario Sauro.

If you come to Venice for brief periods, we will be pleased to welcome you and give you all the information you need. We look forward to meeting you! Itala and Lorenzo.

Directions

From the railway station:

Cross Ponte degli Scalzi and go on to Calle Longa, turn left at the first 'calle' (Calle Bergatta), just after the bridge turn right in Fondamenta.
Turn left at the first calle (Calle Squeline) and then right (Calle Larga D.Bari).
Proceed until Campo Nazario Sauro on your left, cross it and keep left, then turn left again in Calle Orsetti and turn right immediately in Calle Ruga Vecia.
You will find us at the number 1447, ring the bell Itala Bertin- S.Giacomo.

From Piazzale Roma:

Go towards Fondamenta del Canal Grande until Calle Longa (after Ponte degli Scalzi), turn left at the first 'calle' (Calle Bergatta), just after the bridge turn right in Fondamenta.
Turn left at the first calle (Calle Squeline) and then right (Calle Larga D.Bari).
Proceed until Campo Nazario Sauro on your left, cross it and keep left, then turn left again in Calle Orsetti and turn right immediately in Calle Ruga Vecia.
You will find us at the number 1447, ring the bell Itala Bertin- S.Giacomo.

From the airport:

Take any bus to Venezia. Get off at Piazzale Roma (capolinea) and follow above directions.

On request, we can come pick you up at the train stations or Piazzale Roma.
