This is an independent B&B situated on the ground floor in a private house with an independent entrance.

The apartment can offer you a nice kitchen, a large bedroom with max 5 beds and a bathroom with shower.

The newly renovated apartment shares the same comfort of a hotel. The rooms are with air conditioned and it also has a bathroom with wide shower, hairdryer, a complete kitchen, satellite television and microwave oven, and parking for your car included on price.

Our accommodation is ideal for couples and families with children or friends' group that want to have a holiday in Venice with every comfort at the right price want to have easy access to Venice.

The apartment it's found in Favaro Veneto - Mestre which is one of the nearest residential areas to Venice. From our B&B you will be able to avail yourself of the bus service, buses run at ten minutes intervals on an average to the different destination: historic centre of Venice on fifteen minutes, the islands or Mestre, it's cost 1 Euro for person.
We are in a strategic position to visit some of the most important tourist places in Veneto also.

We can accommodate a maximum of five people. Daily arrangement of the apartment twice a week change of linen. We will provide to prepare your breakfast, so that you will only have to prepare your cofee and milk or your tea. The kitchen is at your own disposal. We expct you to be here betwen 4,00 and 9,00 p.m. If you need to arrange for a different time, please let us know beforehand for telephone. Departure at 10,00 a.m.

TO ARRIVE BY CAR FROM HIGHWAY:
When you arrive at the highway barrier of Venice-Mestre or Quarto d'Altino you have to continue straight for approximately 7/8 Km. Exit to right when you see Mestre-via Terraglio-Treviso, to continue to Venice direction, to the second traffic lights turn on the left (you are in Favaro Veneto), go on for 800 meters and you are in Piazza Pastrello, turn on the left in direction Dese, Marcon, (you are in via Altinia), the third street on the left is via Sant' Andrea. The B&B placed at n° 4 (on the house that makes angle with via Altinia).

FROM HISTORIC CENTRE AND RAILWAY STATION IN VENICE: From 'piazzale Roma' take the number 19 or the number 4 bus, get off at the second stop in Via Altinia, Favaro Veneto (it takes fifteen minutes). Cross the road and you are in via Sant'Andrea. The B&B placed at n° 6 (on the house that makes angle with via Altinia).

FROM M.POLO AIRPORT: Going out the airport and go to the stop of public bus ACTV. You should get the tickets before getting on. You catch the bus n° 15 direction Favaro Veneto, get off in Piazza Pastrello (Favaro Veneto). Get on the road for Dese, Marcon (via Altinia), in front of hardware's shop, you catch the bus n° 4 or 14 or 19 and get off at the next stop. Cross the road and you are in via Sant'Andrea. The B&B placed at n° 4 (on the house that makes angle with via Altinia).

FROM AIRPORT OF TREVISO-VENICE: Take shuttle 'Eurobus Service ATVO' direction Venice. When you arrive at Venice historical center (it takes 30/40 minutes), from Piazzale Roma take the bus ACTV number 19 (direct) or number 4 bus, get off at the second stop in via Altinia, Favaro Veneto (it takes 15/20 minutes). Cross the road and You are in via Sant'Andrea.The B&B placed ad n° 6 (on the house that makes angle with via Altinia).
