Property Description

Our b&b is located in Venice city centre. The area is famous for museums, universities and pleasant life.
We are five minutes from St Marco Square by water bus and fifteen minutes walking. There are gardens around and a lot of old buildings, churches and bridges to get in touch with Venetian old style of architecture.

You can find many restaurants and wine shops,ice cream shops and pizzerias nearby, so our guests can enjoy their time among culture, food and drinks.
We offer full breakfast facilities: coffee and cappuccino set, kettle for tea, toaster for bread, fridge.
There is television in the rooms and hairdryer in the bathroom.
During the hottest days we supply the rooms with a fan.
