**Please remember to state a approx arrival time- so a staff person will be at main desk to meet you. We will email you a confirmation within 12 hours of booking with directions, web site, etc. IVA of 5% is not included here and is due at check in.

****IMPORTANT: If you have not been to Amsterdam before, the stairs between floors in all of the buildings in Amsterdam are built with a very narrow step, they are small and tight together. They can be difficult to navigate if you are older or have trouble with such thing. Please consider then before you book a hostel or hotel. If you have trouble walking steps in general, please look for a hotel with a lift. (see our pictures)
