For the price of hostel accommodation, Albay BB (ABB) Apartments offer beautiful fully-furnished apartments that are ideal for groups, families or couples who prefer homely accommodation in Amsterdam.

We are located east of the city centre near the tropenmuseum in a main thoroughfare where most bus/tram lines stop and where coffeeshops, restaurants, bars and Amsterdam�s Dappermarket can be found within the neighbourhood.

Both of our apartments, which can accommodate up to 6 people, are furnished with amenities to provide the comforts of home. These include cable TV, kitchen for self-catering, private toilet with warm shower and bath, etc.

One of the apartments boasts amazing views over the city where you can catch a glimpse of Dutch windmills and the south-east of the city.

There is no elevator or facilities for the handicapped available.

Payment:
We accept cash or credit card (5% bank surcharge applies) payments on arrival. The amount payable shall be solely based on the amount quoted by Hostelworld in Euro on the date of confirmation of reservations and as reflected on the confirmation sheet produced by Hostelworld database. This amount due is subject to 5% municipal tax.

Cancellations:
Cancellations should be made via email or fax, 5 days prior to the date of arrival. After 5 days, an amount equivalent to one night stay will be charged.

Cancellations made within 2 days prior to arrival date are not anymore honoured. The full amount therefore will be charged from the client's credit card.

No-show guests shall also be charged the full payable amount.

All credit card transactions/charges shall be handled by ALBAY HOMESTAY AMSTERDAM.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Each of our apartments have 5 beds (not 5 bedrooms!)
