Absolute Amsterdam B&B is situated in luscious 'Rivieren' neighbourhood in Amsterdam-South one of the best residential areas of Amsterdam. We aim to offer nice private and double rooms with breakfast in our 3 locations for an affordable price.

If you want to enjoy a peaceful, fun weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet within easy reach of Amsterdam's famous sights, Heineken Experience, Rijks museum, Albert Cuyp open market or night-life and shops, then check out (and check into) Absolute Amsterdam Bed & Breakfast in Amsterdam�s quiet �Rivieren neighbourhood. All locations are conveniently located close to the National Congress Centre the Rai.

The Green and the Garden room are in the Absolute Amsterdam main B&B ground floor with garden & terrace. The 'Green room' is equipped with 2 separate beds, which can also be made up as a double bed. The 'Garden room' is bigger, looking out on the garden and equipped with a spacious double bed.

Rooms 'Lavender' and 'Rosemary' are in the Lavender B&B with garden and balcony. The rooms with private beds are situated in a cosy souterain. Breakfast in the morning on the Dutch kitchen table.

Rooms Iris and Dhalia are in the Art Apart B&B. Beautiful apartment around the corner of Absolute Amsterdam with lots of art on the wall. First floor balcony, large living room bathroom with shower and bath.

Room Daisy is in the Yellow fields B&B two blocks away from Absolute Amsterdam. 2nd floor cosy apartment in shopping street. rooms on the garden site.

Rooms Central 1 & 2 are in Sleep at Amy's in the centre of Amsterdam self catering (fridge microwave) no breakfast included here. This beautiful guest house recently renovated is located in a typical street in the centre of Amsterdam, it is authentic and light with a shared bathroom and shower 1st floor.

ABSOLUTE AMSTERDAM HAS 5 LOCATIONS please check your email after your confirmation from your on-line booking site for an email from absolute Amsterdam with correct address!

The office and Absolute Amsterdam B&B are at the Roerstraat 43 in Amsterdam.

Central station: 15 minutes from central station by tram 4 or 25. Get out at the Waalstraat stop. Enter the Waalstraat take the 3rd street on your right (tram 25) or first street on your left ( tram 4 ), nr 43 (ground floor) will be on the left side of the street.

Schiphol airport: Coming from Schiphol Airport you take the train to Station RAI and also take tram 4 for only 5 minutes get out at Waalstraat stop. Enter the Waalstraat take the first street on your left, my house nr 43 will be on the left side of the street.

The Lavender B&B , Art Apart and Yellow Fields B&B and are in the same neighbourhood but on an other street.

Please Note: You need to pay 5% tourist tax on arrival.

Parking
Parking has to be paid for from 09:00 -24:00 hours, on sundays and holidays parking is free, if you walk 2 minutes to the Rooseveldlaan you only have to pay from 09:00 to 19:00 hours. Day card �12,00 or �2,- per hour.

Or you can park your car in the Olympic Stadion parking garage just a 15 minute tram ride away for �5 a day, return public transport tickest are free.
