Property Description

Enjoy your stay in a monument of state. This building is an old doctor's villa from 1923, now fully renovated into a real bed and breakfast.

There are 3 guestrooms in the villa. One is called the Jade and sleeps 2 persons in the room. Then there is the Blue Bridal /family room with a canopy bed, and then we have the Violet Room which sleep one.

Rooms have TV, internet acc., sitting/relaxing area and are nicely decorated.Big bathroom is opposite the rooms and have bath, shower and toilet. There are tea/coffee/drink facilities in the hall and a big breakfast is included. When the weather is nice you can eat it in our wonderful big garden.

B & B Kwint also has a studio for2/3 persons, fully equipped, has its own entrance and bathroom. This studio is wheelchair accessible.
It is not permitted to use drugs in the B&B.

With Citybus 35, which operates each 12minutes, you are just 15 min from the city centre. Attention: On Christmas & New Year's Eve only 3-day booking, the same for Eastern. High season (months april, may, june, july, august 2 days/or consult first the B&B). In general during the weekend friday+saturday res. or consult the B&B.

Travel north from our accommodation and you 'the Waterland', a picturesque area with nice villages, biking, walking, touring.

City tax is not included.
Credit Cards not accepted, customers have to pay in cash on their arrival.

Directions

Coming by car there is free parking in front of the house:
Take the exit S118 from the A10 Amsterdam. Then S118 Tuindorp Oostzaan. Follow the signs for Tuindorp Oostzaan (not Oostzaan). Entering the area the house is located opposite the old dike (Kometensingel runs around the area).

Bus:
From the Central Station bus 35 (dir Molenwijk), get off at stop Plejadenplein. Turn right, behind the church in the background is the house. Drive about 15 min.

You also can take the ferry (Tolhuisferry, 5 min. no cost) at the backside of the CStation. Take bus 38 dir. Molenwijk and get off at Kometensgl. There is another ferry at the same spot (NDSM-ferry) which takes 15 min (nice ride) from there you can take bus 35 or 38 to Plejadenplein or walk (20 min).

After 00.15 nightbus 363 from CS., and other spots in the centre (always take dir. Molenwijk).
