How to find Sloterkade 65

By plane and train: (If there are four of you then it's cheaper to take a taxi to our house from the airport than to take public transport, but be sure to take only a Schiphol taxi or a TCA taxi).
Otherwise, take the train (take sneltrein/semifast NOT INTERCITY) to Amsterdam Corn. Lelylaan (NOT CENTRAL STATION) from Schiphol Airport (its the first stop). Walk towards the back of the train and follow sign to Stationshal down the stairs (or lift). You will see a shop called Wizzl. You can buy a multi journey tram card here, or if its closed you can pay on the tram. To the left of the shop is the exit (UIT). Just next to the exit door you will find a coin operated phone. Now phone our mobile to let us know you have arrived. You will need a 50 euro cent coin for this. When you come out of the station, turn right and cross over the zebra crossing until you see the tram rails. On the right hand side you will see the tram stop for Tram 1 going in the direction of CS (central station).
Get onto tram 1 and exit at 'Overtoomsesluis' (3rd stop). Turn back and cross over the bridge and turn left along the water. This is the Sloterkade. Walk to number 65 and ring the bottom bell on the right hand door.

By train: Upon arriving at Central Station, plse phone our mobile nr as above. You will need a Telfort Telephone card (which you need to buy) or a credit card (visa, amex or mastercard) to make a call from the phones at Central Station. Pick up the Telfort phone, press the button Taalkeuze to get instructions in English, insert your card then follow the instructions you see before you. Take Tram 1 and exit at Overtoomsesluis. Cross over the bridge and turn left along the water. This is Sloterkade. Walk to number 65 and ring the bottom bell on the right hand door.

By taxi: NOTE: take only a Schiphol taxi or a TCA taxi! From the airport a taxi will cost around 23 Euros/15 pounds/25 dollars. The journey takes 10 mins.
If you decide to take a taxi, please then phone our mobile nr from the airport, before you take the taxi. The phone will need a minimum of 2 euro to phone our mobile as phones from the airport are more expensive than normal.
A taxi from central station will cost around 16 Euros/10 pounds/17 dollars
