About Eva's Apartments service

Located in the center of Amsterdam, amongst the beautiful backgrounds of the historical city centre, next to the flower market, Eva's Apartments Services has six studio-apartments (on the Amstel) and a houseboat-suite (near the Central Station) available at reasonable rates for short or long term stay (minimum of 3 days).

All furnished, with private bathroom and kitchenette, TV, all with view on the river, walking distance to the tourist attractions.

If you are looking for a place right in the old city centre of Amsterdam, Eva's Apartments Services is your best choice.
Minimum bookings required of three nights.
We ask an end cleaning fee of 16 EUR for our studios and 23 EUR for our apartments and houseboat
check in from 1 PM till 8 PM at Amstel 26 Souvenirs shop D'Aemstel
check out - 11 AM

Cancellation with 72 hours prior to arrival is free of charge.
In case of late cancellation or no show, we charge the amount for the first night.
