Hotel Baan is situated near the city centre and is within easy reach by car or public transport. The Coolhaven metro station is within a 200-metre walk and you can also use tram 4 which stops close by.

We provide excellent service for all types of travellers. Most our rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, colour TV, radio, phone with wake-up service and a hairdryer.
In our cosy breakfast room we serve a varied, quality breakfast and you can also enjoy a drink here later on in the day.

Cancellations
We are working under the conditions Standard terms of hotel and catering conditions. YOU are bound to those conditions if you book a room with us.
We will send them to you on your request.
Payment allways on arrival.
The room rate is 8% higher if you pay by credit card.
We do not charge local city tax from 5.5%
BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. FOR ALL LATE ARRIVALS WE NEED A VALID CREDITCARD. IF YOU CHECKINN LATER AS 18.00 YOU HAVE TO LET US KNOW THIS BY MAIL OR BY PHONE, THANKS YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR RESERVATION AT OUR PLACE.. Cancellations must take place online, 48 hours ahead of
your booked arrival.
Cancellations are only valid if processed online through your account.
Cancellations by telephone are not accepted by the hotel. Cancellations can

Directions

From Rotterdam Central Station: until 20.00 hours
Take tram 4 (in the direction of Schiedam). Get off at the 'Ruilstraat' stop. Walk into the Duyststraat and follow this street (about 250 metres). At the end of the street turn left and you see the hotel.
If later as 20.00 hours take the metro stop coolhaven. Direction to Marconiplein.
From Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or Hoek of Holland:
Exit the motorway at the 'Kleinpolderplein' junction (exit 13a 'Blijdorp') and follow the signs for Delfshaven. Keep following this road. After a while you will see water. Keep following this water until you see a crossing with a bridge ('Lage Erfbrug'). Drive straight ahead and after 200 metres you will see the hotel on your left-hand side.

From Paris, Antwerp, Breda or Dordrecht:
Follow the directions for 'Ring Rotterdam Zuid' ('Beneluxtunnel'). Take exit 19a ('Zuidplein'). Follow the directions for 'Zuidplein/Ahoy' and then follow the signs to the Maastunnel. On your way you will pass several traffic lights. When you come out of the Maastunnel stay in the right lane. When you see a petrol station on both sides turn left at the traffic lights. You are then on the Rochussentraat. Drive straight ahead and 200 metres after the traffic light you will see Hotel Baan on your right-hand side.
