About Kristiansand Hostel

'The Capital of Southern Norway' offers many attractions: the Zoo, Møvik Fort (canon museum with the worlds 2. biggest cannon), Christiansholm Fortress (1680), and 'Setesdalsbanen', a narrow-gauge railway, to name but a few.
Located about 1.2 km east of the historic centre of Kristiansand, the hostel is well located for visiting Bronseplassen (a reconstructed Bronze Age farm) and Movik Fort as well as the lively fish market. We also offer other facilities such as BBQ, TV, laundry and kitchen.

Salmon fishing can be done from the hostel's garden! Enjoy our barbeques in the garden. The city beach is only 0,2km away.

Kristiansand hostel is located in a mellow environment in the city, only 2 minutes away from the beach and indoor swimming pool fitness centre.

The Hostel is a popular and low cost place to stay for families, backpackers and business trips. We are also a favourite amongst bigger groups with our location, group prices, big breakfast hall and the possibility for ordering hot meals. Low cost combined with a simple but good standard and homely environment is our goal and your profit.

We have several types of rooms, from one to 6 persons with or without a bathroom. In addition we have 4 and 6 bed dormitories, where you can stay with others at a low cost, and maybe meet other travellers going the same way.
All our prices include breakfast, free parking and free wireless LAN.(Linens can be rented)
