Small Hotel with pool and free view over the Atlantic coast, just about 12 minutes by car from to the most beautiful Algarve beaches, yachtmarina and the historic centre of Faro.

Quinta do Atlântico in its grounds covering some 3 acres is close to the village of Sta. Barbara de Nexe with restaurants, bars and shops.

In an absolutely peaceful area you enjoy from a fantastic clear view of Faro, the islands before the coast and the Atlantic ocean.

In the evening the lights of Faro sparkle romantically on the horizon.

Each of our seven modern brightly furnished double rooms has its own bathroom, stereo-equipment and a private terrace or balcony facing towards the south. The room terraces and balconies ensure absolute privacy because of the offset construction of the villa.

You can watch international television programs on our satellite TV. Your car you park directly in front of the house. Take a swim in our large pool or bathe in the sun. Relax with a cool drink on the broad terraces of the villa as the sun goes down.

We serve you a most varied buffet breakfast with different kinds of bread, sausage, cheese, confiture, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruits and eggs. You can take your breakfast in the breakfast room, alongside the pool, in the garden or on your private terrace. If you wish to have snacks or dinner, we will cook it.

We also have a studio available. This room is bigger than the others and has a big south terrace and a separate entrance. Inside the double bed for the parents is behind a small wall. The third bed can be a sofa during the day. Also there is a dinning table inside.

In Sta. Barbara you will find shops, several restaurants, bars and pubs. The picturesque old town of Faro is well worth a visit. The cities of Loulé, Almancil, Olhao, Estoi and S. Bras are also nearby. Many streets with shops invite you to wander through and stop at the cafes and restaurants.

Kilometer long white sand beaches with different bars and restaurants are the attraction on the Ilha de Faro. Or you can visit the romantic beaches of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Those looking for solitude take the ferry to one of the island at the coast.

A wide range of cultural events are to be found in the Algarve. Night life during the summer season is very exciting. For our guests we offer a variety of activities, like golf, sailing, cycling, walking, tennis and skin diving. We are also being pleased to organize a rental car for your stay. Moreover, we shall be only too pleased to be available to you at any time to advise you on excursions.
