A new modern guesthouse (2003) next to a traditional house, in a quiet place, where you can hear only the archaic rustle of the village: cocks, little birds, leaves and branches swaying in the wind, the rhythmical horse step, busy women passing on the road.

From the windows you have the relaxing view of the green hills, dotted here and there with flowers, grazing animals, working villagers. `

The new guesthouse's indoors are as much simple and elegant. The hall has tiled floor, the windows are double insulated, the furniture is luxurious, and everything contributes to the tourists' comfort on holiday.

The traditional guesthouse has bedrooms with authentic furniture, of 100 years old. The atmosphere will remind you the childhood with your grandparents and will take you back in the charmful past of the former rustic life.

You can take dinner in the courtyard also, on the grass or in the shadow of the huge nut tree, enjoying nature's beauties and marvels. Camping is also available; contact by phone or email to make camping reservations.

Your hosts are a young kind family. Mrs. Groot is Romanian and her husband is Dutch. They will help you discover the hidden beauties of Marginimea Sibiului region, so that at your return home you will have plenty of things to tell to your friends or family!

- horse riding, rides in a horse-drawn cart or sleigh
- visit the monastery, the wood carving camp, the Museum of the Glass Painted Icons in Sibiel
- visit a weaving rugs workshop, a smith's workshop, a Cartwright's workshop (your hosts'), and a traditional hatter
- On Mondays, visit a village fair
- Visit the Dacian fortress in Tilisca
