Founded in the Summer of 2004, Old Town Hostel warmly welcomes you to Sibiu. Tremendously located in the oldest and most romantic square of the city, we are proud to be the only hostel in Sibiu.

We have customised a 450 year old German Saxon building, that for centuries hosted a pharmacy with an alchemist lab. A light and inspiring atmosphere has been created by large old windows, which contrast with the dark corners of our brick arcade basement.

Located in Transilvania, Sibiu offers an extraordinary blend of old and new. The region is well renowned for its efforts to preserve its mystic charm, whilst being in tune to modernisation.

All of Sibiu`s amenities, such as pubs, museums and historical monuments are located within minutes of the Old Town Hostel.

? From Sibiu train (or bus) station:
You have to walk straight ahead less than 1 km, direction city center, to the church towers just uphill into the old city. When you pass by a big clock tower with a gate (on the right side), go through and you are in Piata Mica. Stay on the right side for 100 m. You"re here.

? From the airport
Take a taxi (we recommend 963,953 or 949), they should charge you no more than 3 Euros.
