With windows looking out over the Old Promenade from the era of Maria Theresia and the passenger ship port Bratislava (Old Town).
In the vicinity are also Slovak National Museum, Slovak Philharmony, Slovak National Gallery, Slovak National Theatre, restaurants, pubs, 4 stars Bratislava hotels Radisson SAS Carlton, Danube, Devin, and Marrol's..etc.
Within five minutes of the apartment are all of Bratislava's key sights Bratislava Castle, St.Martin's Cathedral - Crown Church, St.Michael's Gate, Redoute, Mirbach Palace....etc.

Apartment house was built in 1935. It is situated right in the Old Town. Slovak National Theatre, gallery or museum, various hotels and restaurants ar less then 100 - 200 m far.
