Apt. GOTTICO is a centrally located, grand apartment that has been divided in to 2 seperate apartments. One 'SHARED APARTMENT' that offers 5 private locking rooms, and one 'PRIVATE STUDIO APARTMENT'. Both apartment have a clean and fresh atmosphere as they have just recently been refurbished and with new furnishings.

The 'SHARED APARTMENT' offer 5 private rooms: 3 doubles, 1 twins and 1 twin bunk bed.. The 3 double rooms each have 1 double bed and the 2 twin rooms have 2 single beds or 2 single bunk beds.(Please understand that when you reserve a 2 beds private room you my be staying in either the twin room with 2 single beds or twin room with bunk beds.) All room are private and equipped with bed linens, towels, pillows, closet or clothes rack and secure locking doors. Also each room has a windows for fresh air and light and two of the rooms have a window door that opens to a small outside balcony. Outside your private room the facilities are shared. We offer a large kitchen area that is fully equipped with, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils. this apartment has ONE modern shower room, ond ONE toilet room. The one shower and one toilet are shared by all guests as well as the kitchen area.

The PRIVATE STUDIO APARTMENT (2 bed private ensuite) is great for a couple or group of upto 4 people. (2 extra guest allowed at the rate of 20 euros per night each one + one time fee of 5 euros added to the cleaning fee.) The cute little studio has one bedroom with double bed, and in the living area there is a new double sofa bed for 2 people. Also there are table and chairs and 2 large closets. The living area also has 2 large window doors that open up to a small balcony that over looks the busy pedestrian street below. There is also a fully equipped ktchen, and private bathroom with tub/shower. ((NOTE: If you rent this studio apartment there is a one time 35 euro cleaning fee and a 200 security deposit.))

When on vacation, location is a very important in choosing an accommodation. Access to public transportation, main attractions, and the physical setting of the apartment are all key deciding factors. The physical setting is superb because this studio is situated close to Las Ramblas, perfect location for anyone wanting to be in the centre of town and walking distance to many of Barcelona attractions. The famous Rambla, Placa Reial, Theatre Liceu and Barrio Gothic are just outside your door. The Cathedral is with in 7 min. walk. Many main attractions such as Picasso Museum, Port Vell, and Arc Del Triumph are all with in 15 min. walk. As well as having shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs, museums, internet cafes just our the front door, the metro and bus are with in a 5 minutes walk.

Apartment Conditions

NOTE: The apartment requires a minimum night stay of 4 nights for New Years (between December 26, 2007 and January 4, 2008)

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
