Apt. Sant. Pau is a centraly located apartment great for a 2 or 4 people Being well equipped and with modern facilities make this apartment very comfortable for relaxing vacation accommodation. .(It is only possible to book this apartment for 2 people. Each additional person is 20 euros per night. Please contact us after your reservation if there will be more than 2 people so we can prepare the apartment accordingly)

The apartment has 1 spacious bedroom with double bed, closet, TV, and clock radio. Outside the bedroom is the living/kitchen area. This large area has a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and fridge. The bathroom is small but very modern, clean, and equipped with a shower. We supply all bedlinen and towels.

The location is perfect if you want to be in the centre of Barcelona. The apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street and situated on the 4 floor and there is NO lift. Public transportation is close. Both, metro and bus station are with in a 5 min. walk. It is easy to walk to many of Barcelona attractions from the apartment. The Rambla is just a 10 min. walk and this is the beginning of most attractions. Port Vell and the beach are both just a 20 min walk. Placa Reial, Theater Liceu, and many wonderful cafes, restaraunts, and shops are all locted on your stroll along the Rambla.

Apartment Conditions:

NOTE: The apartment requires a minimum night stay of 4 nights for New Years (between December 26, 2007 and January 4, 2008)

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN: 12 pm to 21 pm

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 10:59 am)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

SECURITY DEPOSIT/CLEANING FEE:
200 euro SECURITY DEPOSIT required(100% refundable at check out.)There is a one time 35 euro cleaning fee. (This 35 euro cleaning fee is to pay to have the apartment cleaned after your stay.)

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: (2 additonal guest are welcome to stay in the flat for a maximum of 4 people. 20 euros per night for each additonal guest + one time 5 euros additional fee added to cleaning fee.)

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation.)

Apt. Sant Pau is located on The very short street LŽARC DE SANT PAU. this street is entered from CARRER DE SANT PAU. DonŽt be confused these are 2 different streets.

METRO: Parallel

FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT:
Take the Aerobus to Placa Cataluna then take the L-3 metro (GREEN LINE) to the stop PARALLEL or Take the train to SANTS STATION and then take the L3 metro (GREEN LINE) to station PARALLEL. When you exit the metro be sure to be on the large street Parallel opposite side of the Apollo Theater. walk down CARRER DE SANT PAU until you come to a small old rustic church go left on LŽARC DE SANT PAU and wait on the corner of the first small street.

FROM SANTS TRAIN/BUS STATION:
Take the L3 metro (GREEN LINE) to station PARALLEL. When you exit the metro be sure to be on the large street Parallel opposite side of the Apollo Theater. walk down CARRER DE SANT PAU until you come to a small old rustic church go left on LŽARC DE SANT PAU and wait on the corner of the first small street.

FROM THE NORD BUS STATION:
Take a taxi or Take the L-1 METRO(RED LINE) to station UNIVERSITAT transfer to the L2 (PURPLE LINE) exit station PARALLEL. When you exit the metro be sure to be on the large street Parallel opposite side of the Apollo Theater. walk down CARRER DE SANT PAU until you come to a small old rustic church go left on LŽARC DE SANT PAU and wait on the corner of the first small street.

TAXI INFO:
Give the taxi driver the address and tell the driver it is near the metro PARALLEL.
