3 beautiful private studio apartments (4 Bed Private Ensuite) that sleep 4 people. Each has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a large sofa/bed in the living area for 2 people, 1 bathroom w/shower,satellite TV,CD player, washing machine,and fully equip kitchen and AIR CONDITIONING!!!.
NOTE: (If you rent one of these beautiful studio apartments there is a 200 euro SECURTIY DEPOSIT (100% refundable at check out.) and one time 35 euro cleaning fee (The 35 euro cleaning fee is to have the apartment cleaned after your stay)

2 private double rooms (Twin Private Ensuite) with 2 single beds, TV,AIR CONDITIONING and private bathroom w/shower.(No kitchen facilities & No cleaning fee necessary for these rooms!)

1 cozy single (Single Private Ensuite) wich is a loft with a low ceiling (1.75m / 5.5ft.)and a short stairway to the room. This cozy room has 1 single bed ,TV, and private bathroom w/shower.(No kitchen facilities & No cleaning fee necessary for this room!)

Apartment Conditions

NOTE: The apartment requires a minimum night stay of 4 nights for New Years (between December 26, 2007 and January 4, 2008)

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN: 12 pm to 21 pm

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 10:59 am)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation.)
