Pension Gran Sol is a friendly, family run hotel, situated on a gentle hillside around 3km from the centre of Calpe. The hotel enjoys superb views of the Mediterranean, and the imposing Penon de Ifach, a symbol of the Costa Blanca.

All 12 rooms are equipped with en-suite shower rooms, overhead fans, and for the cooler months, central heating.

There is an intimate restaurant with a full 'A La Carte' menu, bar, large swimming pool with poolside bar/games room, semi tropical gardens and ample parking in private car park.

Calpe is a cosmopolitan, but not too large, resort in the heart of the Costa Blanca. It offers a superb range of facilities for all types of holiday, and is within easy reach of many major attractions including the new Terra Mitica theme park outside Benidorm (approx 15kms).

Directions

From Alicante Airport follow the signs to the Motorway E15/A7 and take the Valencia direction (keep to the right when approaching the Murcia entry to the Motorway).

Stay on the E15/A7 for approx 60 Km, and take the Calpe/Altea exit. After passing through the toll keep straight on and join the N332 signposted to Calpe (NOT the Altea turnoff).

After 7-8Km turn right into Calpe at the Calpe Sur turning. Straight across the first roundabout (with fountain), continue across the next smaller roundabout,past traffic lights ( with footbridge over). At the next roundabout take the left exit (past the Plaza Central) -
Keep straight on for about 2-3Km -passing across two small roundabouts... follow the signs for the Imperial Park Resort.

Finally turn right,50 mtrs past the entrance to Imperial Park, then second left - we are on the left after 100m or so.


You will need a 5 Euro note for the toll.
