This house is ideally located in a picturesque landscaped garden with subtropical plants and trees at the edge of a wooded hill. It is situated only a few minutes walk away from San Antonio town centre and the nearest beaches (Calo d'es Moro and Cala Gracio) are within a distance of 765 to 1312 yards or 700 to 1200 metres.

The apartments with three and four beds are situated in a separate apartment building in front of Casa Colina.

HOW TO GET TO IBIZA:
Ibiza is an island in the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded on four sides by water! At 570 km² or 220 square miles it is the third largest of the Balearic Islands and forms together with Formentera the small Pitiusas archipelago. Furthermore Ibiza is the Balearic Isle lying closest to the Spanish mainland (90 km or 56 miles from Denia, 150 km or 93 miles from Valencia and 250 km or 155 miles from Barcelona).
But please don't swim! There are two more comfortable alternatives to get there. Ibiza is extremely accessible by both air and sea, depending on your preferences and where you are departing from.
BY AIR: Ibiza airport [IBZ] is the major gateway for most visitors. It is connected by daily domestic flights (30 to 55 minutes) from the Spanish mainland (Barcelona [BCN], Madrid [MAD] and Valencia [VLC]) or the neighbouring island of Mallorca (Palma de Mallorca [PMI]) all year round. From spring till autumn the island is also served by international charter flights (2 to 3 hours) from most major European cities (France, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland etc.).
BY SEA: The two harbours of the island are in Ibiza town and in San Antonio (Sant Antoni Portmany). Some shipping companies [Balearia, Acciona/Trasmediterránea and Iscomar] offer regular ferry connections from the Spanish mainland (Barcelona, Valencia and Denia) or the neighbouring island of Mallorca (Palma de Mallorca) all year round.
