About Florida Centre - Hotel & Apartments

The Florida Centre - Hotel & Apartments is the local specialist for backpackers where the breakfast is INCLUDED! It consists of three neighbouring tourist accommodation: Hotel Florida, Apartamentos Puerto San Antonio and Apartamentos Solymar.
If you want to feel the heart beat of Ibiza, you can't get any closer to it than here, the strategic location on the promenade of San Antonio. At this prime waterfront site you see the marina with all its excursion boats and yachts or the beach of ´Es Regueró´. Enjoy the magnificent view of the bay from your balcony.
The Florida Centre - Hotel & Apartments is situated at the village entrance of San Antonio, arriving from Ibiza town on the main road C731 or arriving from San José (Sant Josep) on the main road PM803. Just in front of the Hotel Florida is the local tourist office, adjacent to the promenade 'Paseo Marítimo' and beach of 'Es Regueró'. A taxi rank and a bus stop are within a distance of 50 meters (55 yards) and the harbour is only a few minutes walk away (600 meters or 656 yards). And there you can also watch the famous sunsets and nightlife...

At present there is no swimming pool within the hotel premises of the Florida Centre - Hotel & Apartments, however, our guests are welcome to use the outdoor pool at a neighbouring hotel (free of charge), located only a one minute walk away from the entrance of Hotel Florida.
The pool is open during the summer only, usually from June to September inclusive, but exact opening and closing dates depend on the opening period of the neighbouring hotel.

Conditions for use of the pool: It is obligatory for all our guests to buy and consume food or beverages at the pool bar. Food or beverages brought from outside the pool bar are not permitted for consumption within the premises. Guests use the pool at their own risk. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the pool. The pool is for the benefit of all guests, - any person misusing these facilities will not be invited back.

Please keep in mind that the standard check-in-time is 4.00 p.m. of the booked and confirmed day of arrival, if no prior arrangements have been made.
We strongly recommend all guests who are travelling on night flights to also book the preceding night!

Our cancellation policy is that you are able to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the date of your arrival. Please note that this period starts 24 hours before the DATE of your arrival NOT YOUR ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. In some cases, given different time zones, this could be up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
