We stayed here as a family with teenagers for one night. The staff were really friendly and recommended some good places to eat nearby.
We all stayed in one room together with bunk beds. The decor is bright and funky. The kitchen was great with room to gather and chat to other travellers. There is also a terrace and a large roof area, which is a nice place to relax and soak up some sun.
It is in the heart of the nightlife area of Bario Carmen - by day it is not so busy but by night it is really buzzing, so if you're not out enjoying it, you won't be getting much sleep.
I'd recommend it for the youthful party lover but probably not for families or people who like an early night.
