Property Description

Two double rooms are for rent in the apartment in centre. Underground station Tekniska Hogskolan, exit to Odengatan.

Each room has two single beds and TV.

Guests share the kitchen and bathroom with the hostess, while breakfast is served in our dining room. The rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not aloud.

Please observe hostess is a smoker.
This 2 rooms has a limit of 4 persons.
You have a choice of choosing different number of persons, but maximum 4.
Clean towels and sheets are included in the price. Light breakfast serves in the kitchen. Smoking is forbidden in the room.

Booking is completed, after your credit card is charged by 110apartments.com for the not refundable deposit of 35%
In case of cancellation you loos 35% of the total price, but minimum 1 night payment.

Directions

If you are coming by subway, get off at Daikokucho station look for the exit number 5, walk straight as you exit the station (dont cross the street) as far as the 3rd. set of traffic lights, turn right at the traffic light as you cross the street and right again, we are on the first 7-floor building on the right. (this walk from the station shouldn t take more than 7 minutes).

2nd. option on 'JR' trains 3mins. walk: On 'JR'loop line get off at Imamiya station , take east exit, turn left, walk straight up until the 3rd. set of traffic lights, cross the street and turn right on the first narrow street ahead, walk 10 seconds and you will be at our doo right in front of our building. Tip: ( when you reach the 3rd.set of traffic lights mentioned above, as you stand at the corner, if you look to your right across the street, you will be able to see the back of our gray colored 7-floor building).
