Property Description

A nice small studio in an apartment in Haninge / HANDEN is for rent, about 20 minutes from the city centre.
The studio, 20 sq.m, has its own entrance. In the studio there is 2 single beds,a refrigerator, hotplate and WC but no shower. Bedclothes and towels are included in the price. The studio can sleep a maximum of 2 persons. There is a minimum of 2 days stay required. Smoking is forbidden.
This apartment has a limit of 2 persons. You have a choice of choosing different number of persons, but maximum 2.

Booking is completed, after your credit card is charged by 110apartments.com for the not refundable deposit of 35%.
In case of cancellation you loos 35% of the total price, but minimum 1 night payment. Clean towels and sheets are included in the price. Smoking is forbidden in the room.

Directions

As soon as you come out of the Stazione Centrale in Milan you will find yourself in Piazza Duca d'Aosta. There are three ways of reaching the Hotel Siena:

By taxi from the Centrale Station:
You will reach the Hotel Siena, at no. 6, Via Lazzaretto, in just a few minutes: it will cost about ?6.

On foot:
The distance is about 700 m. As soon as you come out of the Stazione Centrale you will find yourself in Piazza Duca d'Aosta; from here go straight along Via Pisani as far as Piazza Repubblica. Then take Via Panfilo Castaldi: the third street on the left is Via Lazzaretto, and at number 6 you will find our hotel.

By subway:
Take the yellow line and get off at the first station (Repubblica). From here, take Via Panfilo Castaldi: the third street on the left is Via Lazzaretto, and at number 6 you will find our hotel.

From the Milan 'Malpensa' Airport you can:
- take a private taxi right to the Hotel Siena, in Via Panfilo Castaldi.
- take the 'Malpensa Bus Express' as far as Cadorna. From there, take the red subway line and get off at Piazza Venezia, taking the Corso Buenos Aires exit. Take the first street on the left, Via Panfilo Castaldi: Via Lazzaretto, where the Hotel Siena is located, is the fourth turning on the right.
