Welcome to Chalet Hotel Adler. All rooms have a balcony and a splendid view over the snow capped mountains.

This hotel has been run by the Fetzer Family now for generations. MAny of rooms come with a jacuzzi and balcony as standard, others have a fireplace and whirlpool

The hotel is situated near the train station and the mountain lifts. Hiking trails and cross country slopes run from the front of the hotel. We also have a familiy ski area with a good ski school, winter hiking.

We are in an idea location for hiking to the Oeschinensee, Blümlisalp, Gasterntal (UNESCO) and Gemmi Pass and also for day excursions to Interlaken Jungfraujoch, Matterhorn / Zermatt, Berne Monteux, Lake Maggiore etc.

From the swiss capitol Berne to Spiez on the highway. From Spiez you take a wide winter secure road to Kandersteg 17 miles. Distances: Basel 1,5 h, Berne 50 minutes, Zürich and Genva 2 h and Milano 3 hours.
Direct trains on the 'Bern Lötschberg Simplon' Line: Basel/Zürich - Berne - Kandersteg - Brig - Milano.
Every hour one train to and from Berne and Brig.
6 direct trains Zurich Airport and Basel daily.
Distance: Berne 1 hour, Brig 40 min, Geneva airport 2,75 h, Zürich airport 2,5 h Milano 2,5 h (Malpensa and Linate airports).
