About Hotel des Alpes

Hotel des Alpes enjoys a favoured location away from the road traffic and next to Lake Lucerne and the Reuss River with a fantastic view of the Alps. It is just 3 minutes walk from the railroad terminal on the edge of the picturesque old part of the city with its many shopping opportunities.

Our rooms are stylishly decorated and fully equipped and some have balconies.

Our excellent restaurant offers the finest cuisine with meat and fish specialties. We also have a special menu for kids. Enjoy the romantic setting of our other restaurant with a balcony terrasse and a view over the lake.

In a perfect setting by the shores of Lake Lucerne, flanked by Mount Rigi and Mount Pilatus, this beautiful city remains one of the most popular tourist attractions in Switzerland. Walk through the Old Town and marvel at the painted facades and historic buildings. Enjoy a stroll through narrow cobbled streets lined with shops selling traditional Swiss goods.
