  • they are just very fast to do their work!
    It was amazing!
    I had to change my reservation, 2 days before arriving.
    So I sent several mails to them but the day I arrived
    they said they hadn't received any mails from me.
    So I insisted that I had mailed and I don't need to
    charge for my no show.
    Then they just understood me and would let me know if
    there were any mails received form me at once.
    after checking in, I took off my luggages in my room
    and then go down the lift to go out.
    The woman in reception just called me and I don't
    need to charge any more 'cause they checked my change
    of reservation.
    It was really short time!

    and finally, the room was clean and good
    most of all the charge was reasonable!
    bed was cozy, bathroom was clean!

  • The room heater was not functioning. Nothing much was done. Had to call the reception many times to remind. The hotel promised for extra blanket only one was delivered instead of 2 (twin beds).

In the evening, you can relax in one of the traditional restaurants offering local and regional dishes together with the most famous Frankfurter 'Energy Drink' Ebbelwoi (apple wein).
