Property Description

The hostel is situated 4km from the city centre but easy to reached by tram or local train. It is an ideal starting point for hikes in the neighbouring woodlands - summer and winter alike.

The hostel has 270 beds in 71 rooms. Most of them are 4-bedded, but they can also be used as single, double or 3-bedded rooms. 40 of our rooms are Ensuite. Other rooms have hot and cold running water. Some of the rooms are suitable for physically disabled guests.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Haraldsheim is open from 2nd of January to 23rd of December.

From downtown:
Tram 17 to Sinsenkrysset station. Take the tram fom either KIRKERISTEN in Sorgata or STORTORGET (about 500 meters up Karl Johans gate). The tram stop is to your right when you exit the station premises. Buy the ticket at Narvesen or 7-Eleven before you get on the tram. The ticket costs an additional NOK 10 if you buy it from the conductor. We sell all tickets at the hostel's reception as well.

Bus 31 or 32 from the bus stop right in front of the central railway station to SINSENKRYSSET. Exit the bus, walk to your right and follow the signs to Haraldsheim

Local train from Oslo central railway station to Grefsen station.

Subway lines 4 and 6 over Carl Berner to Sinsen Station. Exit on Hans Nilsen Hauges gate, walk to the right and then continue straight ahead under Ring 3 (the freeway).


From Gardermoen Airport: From B15 -
Take NOR-WAY Expressbus to Sinsenkrysset, or NOR-WAY Expressbus to SINSENKRYSSET busstop.Walk down the stairs behind the stop and continue up the hill to the right.

By car:
Ring 3 towards Sinsen. Turn off at Storo junction. It is well signed from there.

From Torp ( Ryanair )
Take the Airport Busexpress to Oslo Centalstation or Galleri Oslo. By tramticket at 7 -Eleven Kiosk in the station.
