If you're cool with a laid-back, hippie-ish atmosphere, you'll like the Makuto Backpackers Hostel in the historic Albayzin quarter of Granada. The hostel has an outdoor terrace where you can lounge about in a hammock, and inside there's a game room. There are two private suites and dorms with four to six beds. The friendly hostel staff leads a morning walk through the Albayzin and Sacromonte neighborhoods. Breakfast is included.
