This 4 bed room guest house is a very relaxing and quiet place, situated just 15 minutes away from the Stock Exchange and the historic Grand Place in Bruxelles. We welcome all visitors looking for a central place to discover Brussels, one of the historic places in Belgium, as well as being one of the major cities in Europe. We are literally within one or two hours reach of Amsterdam, London, Paris, Cologne, etc..

We are proud to provide you all guidance required to make your stay as interesting and productive as possible.

There are nightly, weekly, and monthly rates for the four rooms available:

One Single Room, furnished in a early 20th century style
Two Double Rooms, which can be converted into a suite for group stays.
One King Size Room, with private balcony

Rates (all rates are breakfast included):
Daily rates :
- 45 euro for an individual room, breakfast
included
- 70 euro for a king size bed double room
- 32.5 euro per night in the mixed dormitory room
Weekly rates:
- 275 euro for an individual room
- 440 euro for a double room
Monthly rates
- 550 for an individual room
- 650 for a double room

Guests staying at my place benefit the use of the whole
house: Living space, kitchen, garden, with access to
internet, television, home cinema all included in the
rates. This makes this place particularly comfortable
for longer stays.

Directions

From the Brussels city Center, Midi of North station:
In the Midi and North train stations, the public transport stations are right under the train station. Take the 55 tramway , direction Bordet, stop at 'Helmet', which is the stop at the Helmet Church. In front of the Church, take the Rue Vandevelde and walk to the Helmet square (circular square). The Rue de l'Agriculture is one of the streets giving on the Helmet Square. (time approx. 15 min.)

There is also a train from the Midi/North stations to 'Schaerbeek' railway station. At the Schaerbeek station, just walk up the Huart Hamoir avenue. On top of the avenue, walk to the other side of the Helmet church, go straight on (cross the Chaussée de Helmet into the Rue Vandevelde) and walk to the Helmet square (circular square). The Rue de l'Agriculture is one of the streets giving on the Helmet Square.

From the airport:
Either airport express train to Schaerbeek train station or taxi (5 to 10 minutes)

From Brussels South (Charleroi) airport (Ryanair flights):
Coach transfer to the Brussels Midi Train station. From there, see above.

Heavily loaded? Don't worry! We can pick you up at the international airport or at any of the major train stations in Brussels. This service is not all the time available. Do check with us for availability of this service prior to your arrival in Brussels.

This guest house is based in a regular city house. So, just ring the bell and our hospitality will do the rest.
