About Deco Hostel

Give yourself a royal treat in the Royal City of Krakow and begin it all with a stylish hostel which we have created with you in mind. The Deco Hostel, opened in June 2005, is located in a renovated Art Deco style building erected in the nineteen-thirties.

Located only a 15-minute walk away from the Market Square and the Main Railway Station, outside of the limited entry and parking zone for motor-cars, it is a convenient starting point for all those who plan to visit Krakow.

We offer double, four-bed and eight-bed rooms, with comfortable single and double beds, with spring mattresses and snow-white bed linen. Everything is new, with a touch of Art Deco style.

The young multi-lingual staff will advise you on what is worth seeing (and what's not!) but the kind of things which are usually left unmentioned by a typical city-guide.

You can get to the DECO HOSTEL from the Main Railway and Bus station.

- By foot it takes you 20 minutes.

- By tram: Take no. 3, 5, 19 - to the stop 'Nowy Kleparz' (3 stops from 'Dworzec Glowny') from the tram stop 'Nowy Kleparz' which is on Slowackiego Avenue, cross the road and go back about 150 meters and turn right into the second street (Mazowiecka street) - our hostel is in the first building on the right side

- By bus: Take no. 179 from Dworzec Glowny - to the stop 'Grottgera' (3nd from 'Dworzec Glowny') from the bus stop 'Grottgera' which is on Slowackiego Avenue go back about 50 meters and turn left into the first street (Mazowiecka street) - our hostel is in the first building on the right side


- If you take a taxi, it will cost about 12PLZ.

From Balice Airport.

- By bus: Take no. 208 or 192 - to the stop 'Grottgera', from this bus stop which is on Slowackiego Avenue go forward about 50 meters and turn left into the first street (Mazowiecka street) - our hostel is in the first building on the right side
- If you take a taxi, it will cost about 50PLZ.
