  • If you're looking for an Amsterdam-vibe in Granada, check out Terraphin Station's bed and breakfast. Located in the Albayzin section of the city, the Terrapin's staff provides free tours, clean facilities, and is pro-environment (plenty of recycling bins). There are also laundry machines available for use. No curfew.

Property Description

Small, rustic, bohemian, and super mellow. Owned and operated by backpackers only, for backpackers only. We are the last real backpacker house in Granada. We have been guests in, and have worked in hostels here in Granada and all over the world. We´ve done our research and learned what to do and what NOT to do:
*The ONLY backpacker house with bug-proof, washable mattresses.
*Yes, you can use some of our extra virgen olive oil and spices....
*Free tours: Albayzin, Graffiti, Cave neighborhoods, and photographer tours
*420 Friendly
*We don´t exploit cheap labor: only the owners work here, clean the toilets, etc
*Guests can plug their iPOD´s into our system so there is an endless variety being played
*One of the very few guesthouses that recycles plastic, glass, metal, and paper
*Organic vegetarian meals, cheap.
*Terrace Hammocks only 10 euro per night
*Laundry only 2 euro

We are in the nucleus of the oldest, most magical part of Grana´, the Albayzin. Our Unesco World Heritage neighborhood is a psychedelic labyrinth of tiny cobblestone alleys with cafes in plazas, Granadino bars, and Moroccan tea houses.

Our house is the typical white Albayzin village cutie, saturated with plants and flowers. Get addicted to our plush hammocks on a rootsy, lush terrace with views of the Caves of Sacromonte, the tallest peak in the Iberian and the Sultans Summer Palace. And finally our terrace features the closest most intimate view possible of the famous tower of San Bartolome, the best preserved most beautiful example of Mudejar architecture in existence.
