...was disappointed that our online booking clearly stated 3 beds, yet we had a room with a double + twin. They accommodated us as best they could by bringing in a mattress for the floor, but still it wasn't what we'd agreed to. Was also disappointed upon check-in at 1:30am that they wanted cash, but were willing to accept a credit card if we paid a ?4 admin fee - clearly in violation of MasterCard merchant rules.
