Walking

Naples is a wild town. A walk through its chaotic streets is well worth it. Just watch your valuables!

Metro, Bus, Trolley and Funicular

Various modes of transport are available for a wide map of destinations. The metro is perfect for zipping from Mergellina or from the train station to the city center and has many direct routes to popular museums. Tourists tend to use the bus and trolley more often. The most popular line is the R1, which circles around the city center. The Tram 1 funicular connects the train station to the ferry docks.
