Although its name is not telling, the Gothic Point is a vibrant hostel consisting of large dormitory-style rooms. Only a two minute walk from Las Ramblas, the Gothic has free broadband, free breakfast, a big common room, and rooftop terrace for your enjoyment.
The Gothic Point offers some interesting daily tours, like the "Flamenco Tour," and is generally a fun place to meet other travelers. It's safe and clean, with friendly staff. We recommend bringing a padlock for the storage lockers.
it was a colourful hostel, with lagre shared rooms,
if you dont like heights, ask for a bottom bunk, and take ear plugs in case of people who come in late or snore!!
you cant check in till 1pm, but there is a free luggage room, and they let you shower and eat the breakfast if you want to.
the organised tapas and flameco night is good fun, definitely worth looking in to!
you eed your own padlock if you want to use the lockers, and they are outside of the bedrooms, but we had no security problems while there.
it is well situated round the corner from a metro station and the gothic cathedral, and 5/10 mins walk from las ramblas.
overall a friendly lively hostel, id recommend it to anyone!
