This hood is best known for the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Valencia’s striking science center. There is also a fair share of eating and entertainment options in this area, though the attractions of the city center are located to the north.

The Center

Also known as the city center, the Old City is home to many of Valencia’s best-known sites, including the Cathedral and the Mercado Central (central market). To the south, you’ll find the city’s main train station and the Plaza de Toros.
