• Just across the street from the waterfront, on the western edge of history-packed Gamla Stan, the 2kroner Hostel Old Town, isn't party central but will suffice for travelers ranging from backpackers to older travelers.
  
  The building's grand exterior can be a bit misleading in comparison to the bare-boned interior. Rooms sleep four to six people, and are furnished with a plain, wooden bunk or twin beds, track lighting, and a table with a chair or two.
  
  Pillows and duvets are included but sheets and towels are not (they are however available for rent at reception). Bathrooms are similarly simple, with slightly more appealing fixtures. A few extra sinks line in the hall, which help during the morning rush.
  

About 2kronor Hostel - Old Town

At the most central place in Stockholm !
2kronor HOSTEL is located in OLD TOWN, at the waterfront. You can't find a better location in the centre of Stockholm. It is only a short walk to all places of interest. Subway in Gamla Stan is just 3-400 meters away. From there you can reach Central Station and all Airport coaches in just a few minutes. The small squares and alleys of Old Town offers you a wide range of Café's, pubs and restaurants. There you can enjouy breakfast , lunch or dinner to descent prices. In addition there is only stone's throw to the heights of the bohemian section of the city called Södermalm. And two stone's throw to the hectic nightlife at Stureplan.

2kronor Hostel - Old Town has a capacity of 45 beds and offers accommodation suitable for all age groups in a relaxed and international atmosphere. There are showers and toilets in the corridor. We also have a nice guest kitchen where you can make your own breakfast or light cooking.

We have twin-, triple- and 6-bedded rooms plus Dormitories.
6-bedded rooms can also be rented as 4- and 5-bedded rooms.

All beds are supplied with a duvet and a pillow. Bedlinen and towels are available at the reception for hire or alternatively you can bring your own. Please note that either way bedlinen must be used. Due to hygenic reasons, the use of sleepingbags are not allowed.
Bring your own padlock to lockers or buy from us, 30 SEK.

The hostel is open all year.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE:

Reception is open for check-in between 14:00 - 18:00 (2PM - 6PM)
AFTER 18:00 (6 PM) contact 2kronor Hostel - Old Town via telephone (+46 8 229 230) or e-mail (info@2kronor.se) at least the day before arrival to arrange for check-in.
