the hostel staff is very friendly, location is great (just 2min walk from borough station, near london bridge), the showers should be enhanced (there's only 2 per floor for both, women and men) but besides that it's a really great place to stay.

Rooms and beds were good.
Showers were good.
Everything was clean enough.
But on one toilet the seat was always falling down when you were standing and ...
And on the toilet in the bar the seat wasn't even attached to the toilet!
And some soap dispensers in the toilets and washrooms would be good!
Breakfast was ok with good music in the bar at morning!
