Hotel San Tomaso offers a cheap, hassle-free stay in Milan and is located only a short walk from the city center and train station. There's no curfew and breakfast is not included...although there is a hotel bar.

i would stay here again. prices were low. rooms were clean. staff was quiet and helpful. location was very convenient - about a 15 minute walk south of train station and the city center is just another 15 minute walk south of the hostel. I found it to be a good location for getting into the city and seeing everything I wanted to.
