Apt. Balmes is a great combination of 2 large central apartments situated on the same floor. Offering travelers a quality clean private room for a great economical price.

Each ¨shared apartment ¨ has 5 private lockable rooms, (one flat has 5 private twin rooms, the other has 1 private single, 3 private twins and 1 private triple.) Both apartments also have a fully equip kitchen, 2 showers and 2 toilets for all guests to share. We supply all bed linens, pillows and towels.

If you want a private room, be in the center of town, and be able to walk to loads of shops, pubs & clubs, restaurants & cafes , then we highly recommend, taking a room in Apt. Balmes.

Apartment Conditions

NOTE: The apartment requires a minimum night stay of 4 nights for New Years (between December 26, 2007 and January 4, 2008)

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN: 12 pm to 21 pm

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 10:59 am)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation.)

Apt. Balmes is located at BALMES 12, on the corner of BALMES and RONDA UNIVERSITAT. The entrance sets between two cafes. (cafe-cafe and cafe balmes 12)

METRO: Universitat or Catalunya

FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT:
Take the Areobus to Placa Catalunya. From Placa Catalunya it is about a 8 minute walk across Placa Catalunya to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat.

FROM SANTS TRAIN/BUS STATION:
Take the (Green)L3 metro to the satation Catalunya. Walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat.

FROM 'ESTACIO DEL NORD' BUS STATION:
Take a taxi to the corner of BALMES and RONDA UNIVERSITAT or take the metro to the UNIVERSITAT stop.
