I booked this hostel looking for something that was fairly close to the action in Amsterdam and was cheap. I was pretty satisfied with its location, only 20 mins from centraal station. The place was super clean, people working were very friendly and provided great service. I was not aware this was a christian hostel (should've read the full description), so I was a little upset to find out we weren't allowed to drink or anything in the hostel. It was cool that the rooms were separated by sex, so we didn't have to worry about people having sex in the rooms. Bring a small padlock for the locker or you can buy one there for 3euro. Breakfast was great! French toast one day, pancakes the other. Bathroom was pretty decent, but is shared with many many other people. Wouldn't stay there again because its christian, but would definitely recommend it if that's what you're looking for.
