The vibrant St. Christopher's Hostel Paris is located in Paris' 19th arrondissement, decidedly a bit of a hike from the center of town. That said, the hostel packs a punch when it comes to extra freebies and reviews of the place speak to its popularity among backpackers the world over.
300 beds have the place covered and everyone here gets a storage locker (need a padlock? No problem. See reception and borrow one.). One floor of the building is female-only and reputed to have additional “creature comforts” for the ladies. Other floors are all mixed-bed dormitories; bathrooms are shared. Linens and breakfast are included in the nightly rate, but bring your own towel.
There’s a newly renovated sauna on-site for guest use and the hostel has its own Belushi's bar (St. Christopher's bar brand all across Europe) that frequently features live music and DJ sets. Party down!

About the St. Christopher's Paris neighborhood
Set in the 19th arrondissement on the north side of town, this area is home to the large, green Parc des Buttes Chaumont (complete with a pretty lake, and even an island).
