"Worst hostel of my europe trip"

upon check in we were greeted by a rude lady who had no idea what she was doing, how much we had to pay or where there were free beds. there was 1 toilet and shower between about 14 people and absolutely no information was given to us about florence unlike all the other cities we stayed in.
i would definately not return

this hostel was comfy and well-located. the woman in charge (rita) is so nice. great for the price. only thing is that its noisy at night because so much goes on down in the streets. you cant really avoid that, tho. :)
